SALON POLICIES 

• If you are feeling ill please be thoughtful and reschedule your appointment.
• We ask that you come alone to your appointment.Please do not bring significant others, children and friends to appointments unless they are having services done as well. Space is limited so this is why we are strict on this policy.
• PLEASE BE ON TIME. First and foremost we appreciate you and your time and we would like ours respected in return.
• If you are running late please reach out to your stylist. If you are outside of the 15 min grace period appointment can be subjected to cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

• If appointment is canceled within 24 hrs of appointment time 20% of ticket fee will be applied & must be paid prior to booking again.
• Deposit will be lost if canceled within 24 hrs.
• If you no show you will be charged the full ticket and not accepted again as a client.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT 

• bring dream hair photos
• please come prepared some appointments are longer than others 
• bring a book, phone charger, laptop, food we have a microwave or you can always order food while at salon 
• we will also be taking photos for our portfolios so come picture ready to your appointment .
